Conservation and Heritage Planning Permission
Specialising in private residential projects, the studio has completed projects that span from new build designs, to home renovation and refurbishments including extensions and basements, across London and the UK. Planning Applications
A planning application for conservation and heritage properties is required to be submitted to the council where ever there is a proposal to make external, and sometimes internal modifications to a building, or change the use of a property or land. The local planning department, and heritage team within the council is responsible for deciding whether a development is able to proceed.

01 OUR PLANNING TEAM
Conservation and heritage design projects are often highly complex. Our specialist design team understand the complexities with the conservation of listed buildings, and planning matters that come with urban design and regeneration in conservation areas.
02 SITE ANALYSIS
Initially, we will undertake local research: feasibility and precedent studies; and a full site appraisal, in order that we understand the context of the planning application.
03 DESIGN
Our architectural and interior design team provide design ideas from initial concepts to technical drawings and specifications, for all types of conservation and heritage building projects, including: Heritage advice on Listed Buildings and conservation areas; preliminary design and planning solutions; Architectural conservation design services (RIBA Stages 0-7); conservation Interior Design Service.
04 THE PLANNING APPLICATION
Our planning team provide: building surveys; Building Enhancement Statements; Design and Access Statements; Traffic Management Plans; Environmental Impact Assessment reports (EIA); Liaison with local planning departments; Planning application forms; Conservation and Heritage planning applications; Listed Building Consent.
